My First Fashion Show.

Recently, I have been so busy in every aspect of life. I was given the opportunity to style for The Fashion Flair Weekend Fashion Show at Tennessee State University. It is a fashion show put together by our Mass Communications Department where they display business professional clothing and after 5 wear. The clothes were from K&G Clothing Store which has great clothing for the business scene. My good friend, Tallen Streetz, contacted me for the position. Let me tell you, I enjoyed the experience and I am grateful for the experience. After the fashion show, I am now dedicated to the career path I want to take in life.

Fabolous is back again with his new single "Ready" from his new album Loso's Way 2: Rise to Power. Fab made a great choice when featuring Chris Brown on his new single. The duo collaborated together to make a song for the ladies. But my main focus was all the  FASHION in the video. Fabolous is wearing Delano Brown's (@yeahlano) artwork on his white button down. Delano Brown's artwork has been seen on copious artists such as Chris Brown and Ugo Mozie. In the next scene, Fab decided to bring out Teyana Taylor's X Adidas Harlem GLCs. Fabolous was styled by long time girlfriend and stylist, Emily B. Chris is always taking his fashion to different heights. In the first scene, Brown is wearing a sleevless Givenchy long shirt . Chris then reveals his 6-pack by wearing a sheer black Versace button down. The video was shot in the beautiful Dominican Republic and California. The video is a  MUST SEE.

You Rock My World like Fine China

Chris Brown has released a new video, which I personally have been waiting for ! Chris Brown's new video, Fine China reminds me of a modern day You Rock My World video by Michael Jackson. When first viewing the video, my memory instantly recalled back to You Rock My World. In both videos the plot of the story is that they are involved with a woman that places them in a dangerous situation, that eventually ends in a fight.  Of course, there is a SICK dance scene involved in the video. The theme of the video is modern day vintage which I am IN LOVE with. Chris Brown is rocking a platinum  gold bow tie with suspenders and newsboy cap to top off the outfit. In the dancing scene, he is dressed in all black  that provides a sleek look for Chris. According to sources, Chris Brown used Fine China to show he is a changed man. Chris says that the video is to be portrayed as an endless love story and according to how the video ended it will become a series of videos for the album. I give the video TWO thumbs up, great job Chris!

My outfit for #NFW

For Nashville Fashion Week I was going for a chic but edgy look. So, I paired a pair of nude and black harem pants with a cropped black turtle neck and a neon pink blazer. To set off the pink I paired together my heels with a pink strap. Neon colors are definitely in this spring so it was only necessary. I received many compliments and even got my picture taken for another blog. I think I can say my Nashville Fashion Week outfit was a success.

Nashville Fashion Week

I recently was privileged to attend Nashville Fashion Week on Wednesday. Designers such as Pink Elephant, T rains, Black by Maria Silver, Tuft, and Kat Seaton displayed their clothing items.  The event was a great turnout even though it was hosted outside in 40 degree weather.  I enjoyed myself tremendously and I am considering volunteering for Nashville Fashion Week next year. If you are in the Nashville area come out and support the Nashville Fashion Forward Fund by attending a fashion show this week !  Here are a few pictures I captured while attending the show. Spotlight Outfit-TSU Style:@Ree_theboss

I attend Tennessee State University aka a BIG fashion show. TSU is full of different fashions all the way from Chicago to Detroit to Atlanta from Memphis, which is a one of the main reasons I love my HBCU. With that being said I am introducing to CamoxFurs a spotlight outfit where I will be displaying different outfits of students that attend TSU that are FAB. 

My first outfit happens to be a good friend of mine @Ree_theboss.

I spotted her outfit and it instantly shouted "I DESERVE TO BE ON CAMOXFURS" and the rest was history. 

Her outfit is chic with a twist of hood. 

She is rocking a vintage jacket with a simple white cropped tee that she paired with her cuffed jeans. The black strapped heels with the NY hat and gold chain perfected the outfit tremedeously .
